strengthen the work within to transform what happens between

IFS consultation for licensed therapists and social workers + Individual IFS rooted therapy.

Within & Between is here to help you grow your clinician skills

A scenic landscape of a hillside covered in wildflowers and trees, overlooking a distant valley with green fields and a cityscape in the background.

In my work, I aim to create a space where therapists can slow down, get curious, and trust that they don’t have to have all the answers. From this place, more authentic and transformative work becomes possible.

Individual Consultation (for therapists)

If you’re curious about Internal Family Systems (IFS) or beginning to think in parts, this individual consultation space offers support as you explore your clinical work. Together, we’ll gently consider both your clients’ experiences and your own internal responses, allowing for greater clarity, compassion, and confidence in the therapy room.

Individual Counseling (for clients)

For the over-thinkers, cycle-breakers, and parents carrying more than anyone realizes.

As a Level 2 trained IFS therapist, and mom myself, I offer therapy for adults and parents who are ready for deeper, lasting change—not by fixing themselves, but by developing a more compassionate relationship with themselves

Consultation Groups (for therapists)

This consultation group offers a collaborative space for therapists curious about Internal Family Systems (IFS) to explore their clinical work through a parts lens. Through shared reflection and discussion, participants can deepen their understanding of both client dynamics and their own internal systems, supporting a more grounded and connected therapeutic presence.

IFS Workshops + Presentations

These workshops and presentations introduce and explore Internal Family Systems (IFS) in an accessible, experiential way. Whether you’re new to the model or looking to deepen your understanding, these offerings invite curiosity, reflection, and practical insight you can begin integrating into your work. I am also open to hearing what your organizational needs are to bring my knowledge and expertise from an IFS lens.
