Individual Consultation

$125.00

"If you’re a therapist who feels curious about Internal Family Systems (IFS)—or already find yourself informally thinking in parts—this individual consultation space offers a way to deepen that perspective in a practical, supportive setting.

Designed for licensed clinicians who have not gone through formal IFS training, this space blends case consultation with a gentle exploration of the therapist’s own internal system. As you bring in your clinical work, we’ll make room to get curious not only about your clients’ parts, but also about the parts of you that may be activated in the room. This process can open up new clarity, compassion, and flexibility in how you show up therapeutically.

Together, we’ll explore stuck points in sessions, consider what may be unfolding beneath the surface, and listen for what both client and therapist parts might be needing—so that more Self-led presence can emerge. Over time, many clinicians find that this kind of attention to their inner experience supports a steadier sense of confidence, connection, and attunement in their work.

This individual consultation space is facilitated by a Level 2–trained IFS clinician who brings a deep respect for parts work as both a clinical framework and a way of understanding ourselves. The space is intended to feel collaborative, reflective, and grounded—where curiosity is valued over certainty, and where there is room to learn at your own pace.

Sessions are one hour, held virtually via Google Meet, and scheduled based on availability. The cost is $75 per session."
